1. Who We Are

10jli operates the online gaming platform accessible at 10jli.net (the "Platform"), offering casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slots, bingo, and related entertainment services to eligible players in the Philippines. For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), 10jli is the Personal Information Controller in respect of the personal data collected through the Platform.

10jli operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to all applicable Philippine laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules, which impose certain mandatory data collection and reporting obligations on licensed gaming operators.

• GCash or Maya mobile wallet number (last four digits only; full numbers are not stored by 10jli)
• Bank account details submitted for withdrawal processing (account name, bank name, account number — stored in encrypted form)
• Debit card details (card type, last four digits, expiry date; full card numbers are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor and are never stored on 10jli servers)
• Transaction history: deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment method used

2.3 Gaming & Activity Data

• Game history, bet amounts, win/loss records, and session durations
• Bonus and promotion usage history
• Responsible gaming tool settings (deposit limits, session limits, self-exclusion status)

• Legitimate interests — processing necessary for 10jli's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring, where these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• Consent — where we rely on your consent (for example, for direct marketing communications), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us or updating your account preferences.

6. Sharing Your Personal Data

10jli does not sell your personal data. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment processors — GCash, Maya, and our banking partners receive the minimum data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. All payment processors are contractually bound to process your data solely for this purpose.
• Identity verification providers — third-party KYC and AML screening services receive identity data to verify your age, identity, and compliance with applicable sanctions lists.
• Game software providers — game providers may receive anonymised or pseudonymised gaming activity data for the purpose of game performance monitoring and RNG certification. They do not receive your identity or financial data.

• Account and identity data — retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and AMLA regulations.
• Financial transaction records — retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with AMLA and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements.
• Gaming activity data — retained for 3 years following account closure for dispute resolution and regulatory audit purposes.
• Customer support records — retained for 2 years from the date of the last interaction.
• Technical and device data (logs) — retained for 12 months for security and fraud detection purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with 10jli's data disposal procedures.

9. Security Measures

10jli implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and 10jli servers
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, including financial data and government ID details
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) options for player accounts
• Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments conducted by independent security firms
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis
• 24/7 security monitoring and intrusion detection systems

11. Children's Privacy

The 10jli Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above. 10jli does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the 10jli Platform, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 14 so that we can take appropriate action.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

In certain circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside the Philippines — for example, where 10jli uses cloud infrastructure or third-party service providers with operations in other jurisdictions.

Where such transfers occur, 10jli ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data in accordance with the Philippine DPA. These safeguards include contractual clauses that impose data protection obligations on the recipient equivalent to those applicable in the Philippines, and transfers only to jurisdictions that the NPC has determined provide an adequate level of data protection.

10jli will not transfer your personal data to a foreign jurisdiction unless the transfer is authorised under the DPA and its implementing rules, and appropriate safeguards are in place.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

10jli reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Where changes are material, 10jli will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the 10jli Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
