10jli reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify your age and identity at any time. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification within the required timeframe will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending resolution.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active 10jli Account. If 10jli determines that a player holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — 10jli reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate Account activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 10jli immediately via the support contact details provided on the Platform. 10jli will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
10jli is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.
10jli accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved Philippine payment methods:
10jli does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. Attempting to deposit via an unsupported method may result in the funds being returned, subject to applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours for GCash and Maya, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification status. 10jli reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
All transactions on the 10jli Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 10jli does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) and its implementing rules, 10jli is required to report certain transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 10jli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10jli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10jli does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 10jli will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10jli collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
10jli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 10jli will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting 10jli support.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 10jli informally by contacting our support team. 10jli will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable, or to the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.
